Future surfboard fins

Author: Hello, one and all! My father-in-law is a surfer so he has a dozen of sports accessories arranged in his sports room and he chooses the apposite one depending upon the waters he would be surfing on. He also gives enough care to see to that the Future fins of his surfboard are in good condition. I was a bit surprised as these surfboard fins were nothing but a small projection underneath the surfing board. My father-in-law took pains to explain me that these fins might seem to be too trivial to be noticed but they play a vital part in moving smoothly over the waves!
He even demonstrated the usage of fins to me by surging through the waves with the surfing board that had the fins attached and that board without the fins. While surfing in the latter board, he was not able to manage and stumbled into the waves! Thank God! He is an expert in swimming that he came safe to the shores! However I rebuked him for taking such a serious risk to explain this simple fact for me! He simply answered: “What is life without risk? Let us spice up our life with some fun and thrill!” Good answer! But I don’t have so much guts!
