Just listen to light music when something gets you into a troublesome thinking that you feel diffident or not sure of a successful delivery. This little task would make things better. And who knows! May be your son or daughter could become the next greatest musician in the world!
In the period of pregnancy a number of physiological modifications happen. Among the different changes, maternal metabolism is one of the important alteration. Nutritional prerequisite increases to meet this need. During the complete period of pregnancy, doctors say that it is quiet normal that a healthy mother’s weight increases by 16 to 20 pounds during the entire period of pregnancy. Within the last three months of pregnancy the baby puts on nearly ¾th of its total weight at birth.
Thus, throughout the time it gets from its mother about 75 percentage of its protein, 93 percentage of its fat, 65 percentages of its calcium and between 70 and 80 percentage of other minerals. This rough estimate shows how much of nutrition that the normal mother should intake. This healthy food also assists the mother’s need to build reserves to meet the stress of delivery and lactation.
Parenting is the loveliest and at the same time, the most worrying part in any person’s life! No one is experienced enough to understand the baby talk and its essential needs, when it cries. Only mother is gifted with those special skills so that she could very easily comprehend her little one’s blabbers! However, the mother too sometimes would panic not able to get the true meaning of her kid’s cry.
So, this is the first thing a mother should avoid. She should not get tensed especially in front of her baby as it tends to respond to the environment more quickly. If your baby cries, try to pacify him or her without any tension. Then try to analyze the reason for its tears. Even if the little one is not convinced by all your calm efforts like satiating its hunger, playing with him then it is high time that you take him to a doctor.
While conceived, in general, the doctor’s advice the carrying mothers to do simple exercises in order to have a normal delivery. That is the reason why in some countries, the carrying mothers do the household duties all by themselves. It does not mean that they should do the different heavy work as the same might become dangerous for them. Exercise would help you to have the pregnancy in shape, would reduce the risk of miscarriage, and thus would make you feel healthy.
Proper exercises that are done under the guidance of practitioners would help the carrying mother to be even psychologically strong ready to face any critical situation in the time of labor pain. Hence, it is an advisable fact to have a little amount of body work to have a healthy pregnancy.
For those who are pregnant, additional care has to be shown as it is one body carrying two souls! Staying healthy during the pregnancy period is fully in your hands and apart from the regular medication, a lot of mental exercise is necessary to stay healthy. Remember, when you are healthy both physically and mentally, you are also making the little foetus within you too to be healthy and happy.
The nutrition, which you prefer to eat directly, affects it and so, always consult with your family doctor regarding the diet you have to follow. Never skip your regular checkups with the doctor and do not fail to follow the medicines assigned by them. Always keep in mind, whatever you do, has its direct influence on your kid.
While taking care of the kids, as good parents there are lots of delicate matters to be handled carefully. Some kids would be of open type by expressing as what they feel while some others would be very moody and reserved. It is quiet easy to deal with the kids of former type while the latter has to be treated with great care keeping in mind about their future growth too.
As such kids do not show themselves up and tend to bottle up their feelings, they should be shown more attention and care as every movement of them has to be watched very carefully. Only when the parents get into their personal circle of the kids could they fathom them well and in fact guide them properly in the future.
In the course of looking after the kids, the role of mother is much more and vital than that of the father. It is the mother who could comprehend the true feelings of her kid. This makes it clear that the way a kid grows up and forms his or her character in the future are all depended on the way he or she is brought up at their tender age. Anything, good or bad, taught at the tender age gets to stay in their brain forever.
And after that it is not so easy to change them. Even if they reach the rationalizing age of finding out the good and bad, they could not change themselves as they have been brought up with the same attitude at the small age without suggesting the corrections for them. Hence good or bad, mother is responsible for the child’s character.
The role of mother and father are very important for molding a child’s behavior. Naturally, children are tempted to learn up the wrong things easily and so, the parents should be very cautious while behaving in front of them. Fighting in front of the kids, using manner less words while they are around you or even little disrespectful deeds that you commit towards your elders could have a strong impact in their mind and remember!
When they grow up, it would automatically turn up towards you! Hence, it is very vital to teach good things to your kids when they are at the tender age instead of opening up the cruelty of the world at such an age. Only then, the kids would turn up to be good humans in the future.
The advice of Physicians should be followed by the mother properly. Progesterone injections will be used for the mother in order to provide support to their endometrium. Apart from injections, vitamin tablets and aspirin which are of low dosage are also consumed by the mother. It is not sure that any injections and tablets will effectively work! Medical attention is necessary for the mother always. Bleeding is common during pregnancy and the mother should not be feared by seeing it but hospitalization is necessary for them. Early miscarriages cannot be prevented by any effective medication and the duty of the doctor is to WAIT AND WATCH!
Curettage is necessary for such conditions. Chromosomal abnormality is the cause for miscarriages and it cannot be controlled at any cause. The doctor will monitor the condition of your pregnancy and then give medications that are necessary for you and your baby. At times chorion biopsy or aminocentesis should be undergone by the women whose age is above 35 to 40. Bed rest is needed for all the pregnant women. Every mother will be looking forward for the birth of the child because it gives a sort of happiness to the mother, father, friends and relatives. If a mother is older and if she gives birth to a child, she should be able to cope with today’s society. Particularly, infertile woman wants their child to get comfort and they expect faultlessness in whatever they do for the wellness of their child. They should not be disappointed even if they did not get things that are expected by them.
It is true that consumption of sour foodstuffs such as tamarind, orange, lime and buttermilk causes the child to be born with hairy skin? The auspicious moment of birth brightens the child’s future. The hair on a newborn infant’s skin is present in varying proportion. Hairness depends on ancestry and heredity. Thus, if the mother and father have very little or no hair, it is very unlikely that their child will be born with hairy skin. This feature is often uniformly manifested within a community and even a country. Thus, all members of a particular community may have either a lot of hair or negligible hair. Perhaps, heredity, geography and climate all play a part in determining hairiness. It is, therefore a racial feature. At times it may depend on the communities for the reason of hair growth.
The mother’s diet does not affect the extent of hair on her child’s skin. However, sour food increases acidity and can cause stomach burn. In the early stages of pregnancy, there is the urge to eat sour things to counteract nausea and tastelessness. Their consumption does relieve biliousness.
Drugs such as steroids or anti-convulsion drugs taken during pregnancy may be responsible for additional hair on the baby’s skin.
